How does the commission process work?

Get in touch via the contact details below with a description of what you'd like to build/design. I'll confirm availability and send a quote. Once you're happy, I'll share progress previews, incorporate any revisions, and deliver the final files once the full balance is paid.
How long does a commission take?

Single emotes typically take 3–5 business days. A 6 emote pack takes 7–10 business days. Overlay sets vary depending on complexity but are usually 1–2 weeks. Exact timelines will be confirmed at the time of booking.
What information do you need from me?

The more detail the better! A description of the emote concept, your channel's colour palette or branding, any reference images you like the style of, and the name/expression you want the emote to convey.
Do you offer revisions?

Yes! Emotes and overlays include 1 revision. Additional revisions beyond the included amount can be arranged for a small fee. Major changes to the concept after work has begun may be subject to additional charges.
Do you do discounts on larger projects?

Yes! The services above are just a guide for the majority of streamer needs. If you have a large concept in mind or need a combination of services, I can give you a quote for the whole project, potentially with discounts for larger commissions.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use the emotes commercially / on other platforms?

All commissions include personal and commercial use rights for your Twitch channel and related social platforms. You may not resell, redistribute, use for AI, or claim the artwork as your own. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

How can I make a redeem animation work on Twitch?

You can use one of many thrid-party and built in Twitch plugins to activate on doing an action in chat, via channel points or via streamdeck controls. I can give you a guide of how this works. This method also works for youtube but can be more limited.
My idea doesn't fit any of the service descriptions, can you help anyway?
